This product does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate, which is apparently what aggravates, and/or triggers mouth sores. SLS is also what gives toothpaste that "sudsy" feeling that adults seem to like, but small children do not. If you love the foamy, sudsy feeling in a toothpaste, this may not be for you; but if you get mega-mouth sores, it is a small price to pay. The Rembrandt for Canker Sores is very hard to find in stores, and is very expensive for a small amount of toothpaste in a hard-to-finish tube. This seems to work just as well for my son, and is a much better value. Added benefits: It is organic and vegan-suitable, how about that?

I love this toothpaste! I am switching all of my household products to organic. Toothpaste is the first thing I looked for because it goes in my mouth! I hate the chemically taste of the major brands. I had tried Tom's of Maine and found the taste unbearable. This toothpaste tastes wonderful! I actually find myself wanting to brush my teeth all the time! It took a couple of days to adjust to the different taste and texture when compared to crest or colgate. I could imediately tell my teeth felt really clean, not coated with strange chemicals. I bought a four pack at Amazon and signed up for recurring shipments (bigger discount) after I was sure I liked it. Buying this way is much cheaper compared to health food stores that sell it here for $5.99 a tube!

I have been using this toothpaste for a couple years now and it has quickly become my product of choice! I originally selected it because of my sensitive skin. This product doesn't contain any harsh chemicals and still does a fantastic job keeping my teeth clean, fresh and white!
