Jason Sinay has written a collection of songs that take you from high energy danceable rock to wrap that song around me when I'm hurt or sad. This is a song writer with a unique style who seems to combine every genre of rock music available in such a way that you can enjoy what is playing at that moment immensely yet you are taken to a new level with the next song. The guitar playing is soulful, playful, fun and relaxing all at the same time. Really - to not buy this CD would be a crying shame - on you! You'd miss out!

This collection of songs plays beautifully from beginning to end with wonderful rocking tunes and lovely ballads. Jason is an excellent songwriter and so down to earth in his sensitive and sometimes wry outlook on life and love that the songs are easy to relate to.

The music is rich and full of layered sound. I find myself listening closely to the music to catch all the sounds played within. Jason is an impressive guitarist and his band of friends have done an amazing job backing him. This album shines as a labor of love.

Favorites are "Down To You," "Chicken Girl," "Sunlight Through The Rain," & "The Only Son." I could actually sit here and name them all because my favorite changes daily and I would not skip a single song.

The cover songs are excellent. "Scarlet Begonias" has been given a new life with the gorgeous mandolin and wonderful rhythm section. Jason sings it beautifully.

I have really fallen in love with this album. The more I play it, the deeper I go. This is the music that is missing from rock & roll today.

To all you rock fans: Please do not let the CD cover fool you. Inside is a very good rock record !! The songs are good, the players and performances are great and the production is very good. The singing is very good for a first album. He's still trying to find the dude and believe in him but he gets thru it okay. Who cares, the music is great! It's a fun record to listen to. It gets better with every play. It's just that stupid CD cover!! Just don't look at it and you won't be put off.
Suggestion: Have someone take the CD cover out and throw it away before you see it. Hell, throw the whole damn packaging away. There's nothing there to remember anyway. Put the Cd in a white paper sleeve. Wait a day or two.Take the Cd out of the sleeve and play it. WOW..
A real ROCK band!!! The record rocks, and sounds great. You'll want to
play it again and again because it gets better and better. So have fun enjoying the music as much as it was fun to make. You won't be sorry.
