Product Description

Size: 8 oz

In 1959, a group of independent thinkers drew upon the pioneering spirit that was so much a part of their California heritage and set out on a road of rediscovery. Theirs was a path back to safer, natural ingredients proven to work together in effective ways. And so the JĀSÖN (which means "healer" in Greek) brand was born. The JĀSÖN team meticulously created body loving products staying true to the JĀSÖN Code of Honor: select safe, wholesome, natural ingredients, rigorously test every formula to ensure safety and efficacy, never test on animals, and constantly innovate and improve. As one generation has given way to the next, JĀSÖN products have remained on the path forged by the brand’s founders, committed to discovering even more ways to offer personal care solutions safer for us, our families and our planet.

Best shampoo ever! The only REAL shampoo I've ever used! The first time I used it, I wondered why I had spent 28 years using junk on my hair.

This really gets your hair cleaner than anything! You run your fingers over the wet hair, and it literally squeaks clean! There is no waxy residue like many other commercial shampoos leave in your hair. I was a little worried it would leave my hair unmanageable, but it came out so soft and no tangles! Adds quite a bit of body and bounce.

It's supposed to have ingredients that help you grow even more hair, and one thing I've noticed is that a lot less hair comes off my head when I brush now.

The MAIN reason I got this shampoo is because it has NO sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates! That stuff is used in clinical trials to IRRITATE the skin so that they can test lotions and creams. It causes an allergic reaction in some people, builds up in your skin and can hurt your immune system. I really wanted to get away from it. This brand (JASON) does not put any of that in any of their products.

I love, love, love this shampoo and conditioner and won't use anything else, but I will try to write an unbiased review.

My hair is cleaner, less weighed-down, and thicker because of this shampoo and conditioner.

I have straight, flat lifeless hair, and it always looks oily. I have to wash my scalp every day, but even so my hair is always greasy less than 24 hours after the last washing. After doing some research I determined that it might partly be due to all the chemicals (including SLS) in shampoos. With Jason Thin-to-Thick, I still have to wash every day, but it doesn't seem to get as weighed down or as greasy the next morning.

Normally I have to use a spray-in conditioner, because the others are too heavy for my hair. If I do use conditioner, I usually have to wash it out again because it doesn't rinse out all the way. The thin to thick conditioner rinses out so nice and clean, doesn't leave a residue, and doesn't weigh my hair down.

They both have a delightful mint fragrance, and are SLS free. I've read other reviews where the shampoo is thick and difficult to lather (SLS is a lathering aide). The solution to this is to mix some water in with the shampoo in your palm before you spread it in your hair, and this works just fine.

I've had the best volumizing results with Nexxus Diametress, but when I use the shampoo and conditioner together, the results are better than most, and worth having hair that isn't weighed down. However, if volume is all you are looking for, I do recommend trying Diametress if this does not do the job.

One final note: although this shampoo is free of SLS (sodium laureth sulfate) it is not free of chemicals altogether.

I love this shampoo. I invested in some Nioxin after lots of people suggested it, and I couldn't tell much of a difference, but I always figure buying shampoos to make a huge difference on your hair was a bit of a crapshoot anyway, so I didn't hold it against Nioxin. But then on a whim I bought some of this at the grocery store last month, and I swear I can tell a difference. I lost a lot of hair due to poor diet and high stress (paired with significant weight loss) at the end of the summer, and for the first part of the fall I was so insecure and self conscious about my hair. I've tried to keep up with some vitamins and have been eating a lot better, so I'm sure that plays a part in the change in my hair, but I swear this shampoo has also made a difference when no other shampoo ever has before. My hair is babyfine and flat and losing ANY of it was frustrating. It really does feel thicker now.

I've been using JASON Thin-to-Thick Shampoo for many years. My hair tends to get oily after one day; but, with Thin-to-Thick, I can go 2 days without washing my hair.
Plus, the fact that there are no sulfates means less hair loss (especially when coupled with a filtered shower head that removes chlorine). Ladies, I suppose this product would do wonders for you as well. It is not easy to find locally; thus, if you comparison shop, Amazon can cut up to $2.00 off of the average shelf price in a store. You're gonna love it!

After trying this product once, my husband noticed a difference in how his hair turned out after styling. He told me to buy this product again and now it is a favorite.

This product is guaranteed to add at least 10% fullness to your hair after the first application.

It has mild botanical cleansing agents and fruit acids. It not only cleanses your hair, it helps to purify your scalp. Polysorbates free your scalp of excess cellular debris which can block hair follicles.

He doesn't use the conditioner, but I love using
it with this product.

I avoided this product because of the name "JASON" shampoo. It sounded like some kid making shampoo in their basement. However, on a tip from someone else.....I tried it....and it's AWESOME! It makes your hair VERY thick the very first time you use it. It only contains natural ingredients too! Great product! If you want to thicken your hair for a cheap price ($8.95 a bottle) then you might want to try this product! I was shocked, but this shampoo is the best thickening shampoo that I have ever used (and I've used a many). Great Product!
