I have been using this cream for three weeks and it works great. Use it on burns, rashes, and areas that itch. If you have a consistant rash on an area due to heavy sweet take more freequient showers. Best to apply after a shower on deep spots. Better then NEOSPORIN, way better. Less burn and quicker results.
