The Jawbone has great sound, and people can actually hear you. The problem I have with it is that it doesn't stay on my ear. I've tried using all of the sizes in this kit, but the slim design of the loop just pops off, especially when you put on sunglasses. Also, I have now broken all of the ear things. I stick it in my purse and since it is such a small piece of plastic,they break very easily. If my work hadn't paid for this piece of junk I would send it back.

Update: I just realized this review went to the earwires. I don't like the jawbone. If you like it, the replacement wires were fine. They just don't fit my small ears - including the small size.

The Jawbone replacements kept breaking no matter what I did. Their advertising said, "We strive for 100% customer satisfaction...we want to hear from you...in order to rectify any dissatisfaction you may have...to make sure that you are a happy customer. Please reply to this email for a fast response." I replied quickly and have received no reply. Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware).

I bought the Jawbone as it was rated one of the top ear pieces by consumer reports, it is the worst headset I've ever owned. The ear loops have all broken as when I put them in my purse then break very easily. I can not get the ear piece to fit in my ear correctly either.

I wanted earloops for the original jawbone because they kept breaking off, but I received earloops for the next generation jawbone. The earloops that I received did not fit well and broke faster than the original loops they were all broken within one week. I gave up in disgust and bought a different brand of bluetooth. I will never buy another jawbone Bluetooth or buy from starlight mobile.

I purchased this replacement pack because the ear loops that came with my original Jawbone broke. I have broken two of the ear loops from this replacement pack as well. In my humble opinion, the loops are weak by design, and break under unreasonably low levels of force.

I am missing one of the ear loop. I got the one that is XL in leather and the M one in plastic I missing the one XL in plastic not happy.

This set is great, my first original snapped, so I ordered this and I'm glad fits perfectly and makes my Bluetooth look brand new.

I bought the replcement earbud and loop for my jawbone 2 in hopes that it would fit my ear better, but the jawbone still falls out and off my ear because the loop cannot be bent or molded to my ear.

We ordered this product thinking you would get what was pictured. Wrong! You only get 2 ear loops and thats it and they are packaged in a ziplock bag instead of the jawbone box. The loops are ok but not the same as the factory ones.

I got this cuz my ear loops for my jawbone suck. They always break and get lost easily. The ear peace surrounds are great and uncomfortable nut they work well.
