Misleading Book Title
Received this cookbook today after an exhaustive search for quality recipes using beer as an ingredient. I figured it was going to be special since it's forward was written by the highly regarded, Michael Jackson, beer connisseur. Mr. Jackson passed away a few years ago. But I digress. Misleading Book Title,

Received this cookbook today after an exhaustive search for quality recipes using beer as an ingredient. I figured it was going to be special since it's forward was written by the highly regarded, Michael Jackson, beer connisseur. Mr. Jackson passed away a few years ago. But I digress. The book is rich with recipes, some that seemed to be on the difficult level. But, I'm returning the book because there are only a handful of recipes actually using beer! Many intelligent writings about pairing the recipe WITH a beer, but not using beer. Very disappointed.
