5.0 out of 5 stars Great stuff...
NYCHC that I remember from my youth. Pick this up

3.0 out of 5 stars One Of The Old School Albums That Stands The Test Of Time!
This is the only Token Entry album in my opinion. The songs still hang today. If you like any of the " old school " then this one is worth having! they're version of Born To Be Wild at the end of the disc is kick-ass!! Overall it's a slamin' album with melody. Really can't say enough about it, except don't just sit there buy it!! Cause your missin' out!

This is some great music from the days I was a skater. It is charged and brings back the young days of rippin and shreadin in Philadelphia. Great music a definate have for all of us old skool rats and the young ones that need to hear what it was like.

token entry is great stuff, no doubt but despite them being a staple nyhc band they really dont fit in with the rest of the nyhc bands. theres definatly a metallic influence in this band, but not like the cro mags or sick of it all. while i love their stuff i wouldnt get this on a whim, test these guys out before you buy an album (especially at these prices).

i think From Beneath is just as good if not better and stay the hell away from Weight of the World that album is garbage

In fact, 'Jaybird' displays some of the fury of 'from beneath...' but with a more mature musical style. And it sounds better thanks to an bigger production... All songs are entertaining but, I've a preference for 'Windows', 'Jaybird' and 'Entities'. If you want to discover the band's discography, this album is a wised choice.

3.0 out of 5 stars What the hell happened?, April 30, 1999

Although I am a huge Token Entry fan,I was disappionted by this album. It lacks the rawness of "From Beneath the Streets".They went from pure NYC hardcore to some crazy skateboarding California crapola. The only good song is "The Fire"
