This might sound a little silly by todays standards but ignore the pop element of this work and concentrate on the voicings and harmonic progressions. It is a lot more interesting than you might think. You just have to listen to it. I dig it!

Jazz Fusion went up a major highway with artists like Ponty and Cobham. This album represents some examples of why most jazz fusion caught on like wild fire. Stay clear of over-priced compilations like Jazz Satellites 'Electrification'. This is a super deal. don't pass it by.
