Takes place in 15th century france. She was born in 1412. She was illiterate and never went to school. Spent a lot of time in church. She gave her life to God. She never married. She had to save Orleans, see that Dauphin was king and drive the English out of France. She became a saint. She waa tried as a witch; after two years was burnt at the stake.
