We were looking for a replica of our jeep for our five-year-old son to play with. The color we received is red, like the picture shown.

This jeep is awesome! The top comes off leaving the roll cage exposed, the doors, rear hatch, and hood open. The steering wheel actually turns the wheels. All of his action figures fit in the driver's seat and many of their hands fit on the steering wheel. Like all of the Bruder brand toys we have, the detail and engineering of the toy is exceptional, but the quality of the plastic can be a little iffy. The plastic part holding the spare tire on broke, but nothing a screw didn't fix. And I feel the side mirrors are going to break off at some point, one is already loose. BUT, by no means does this detract from the five star rating this toys deserves. Our boy is VERY hard on his toys and that the only damage after a months worth of jumps, flips, and crashes. If you're looking for a jeep that can be played with and enjoyed, this is the jeep for you!

I purchased this toy for my four year old grandson for Christmas 2011. He loves cars and trucks and I thought this fit the bill. It is large and it steers and the roof comes off and the tail gate and hood open. Well, within a week, the spare tire on the tailgate broke off. It didn't appear to be attached very well for toy played with by kids. I don't think I will be buying this brand anymore.

Bought this for my 3 year old grandson who is in love with anything 'Jeep' because Daddy has one. He refused to put in down once opened on Christmas, and wanted to go home immediately to play without having to 'share' with his cousins! My son tells me he sleeps with it, can't get much better than that!

just got this is the mail and my son saw if before I could check it out. I had ordered a BRUDER brand Jeep Wrangler. My son has two Bruder trucks and I love them, so I got him the Jeep. When I get the package, I immediately notice it is smaller than advertised and the brand Maisto made in China, NOT Bruder made in Germany is on the box. It is NOT what was advertised . It's a cheaper replica Jeep Rubicon!! I am so mad and now my son has seen it , torn the box open and I can't return it!. Furious!!!!! The top is missing, the doors and back do not come off--it is NOT at all what was advertised!!! This is my first BAD experience with an AMAZON order. DONT order this, and if you do, check it out before you open. I am out $25.00 for a piece of JUNK

I purchased this product for my grandson partly because his daddy has a big jeep almost exactly like this toy one. My grandson loves it and what else is cool-when the product came we got the RED one just like daddy's!

My son LOVES jeeps, and this product is detailed and very realistic. It is durable and he loved all of the moving parts (side doors, back door). We are very happy with this vehicle.

I actually bought this as a "companion" for the real Jeep Wrangler we bought. It is very accurate and has many working parts -- doors open, wheels turn, etc. as other reviewers have noted. Although it is very well made and good quality, it will not stand up to heavy duty kids play as there are some fussy parts. But really cute and a good substitute for an adult who wants a Wrangler but doesn't have a "real" one yet.

My son asked for a toy Jeep for Christmas one year, and when I saw this Jeep, I knew this was the one. It works so close to the real thing, it's amazing! The doors, hood, and trunk all open. The hood even has a stand to hold it up, just like a real Jeep. The steering wheel actually turns the wheels. The entire top comes off to reveal the roll bars. And the back seat is removable. The suspension really works, too. My son loves to watch the wheels bounce up and down when this Jeep goes over rough terrain. Best of all, my son's action figures can fit in the seats.

If he leaves the Jeep alone for too long, his sisters will "borrow" it for their own adventures. As a matter of fact, his oldest sister liked this Jeep so much that she asked for one of her own the following Christmas.

All of my kids love this toy and play with it almost everyday.

Love it. It's a realistic looking Jeep Wrangler. Although it's been played by a young child for 2 years, it's still in good shape. Pretty tough.

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew! He loves it, it is just like Grandpa's!! It is very durable, he even takes it outside and plays with it.
