I have only checked this book out at the library, and I am still looking for a personal copy. If you can find it, get it. Mr. Inosanto is a virtual wealth of knowledge and any tips he can give are helpful in training.

This book is interesting in the fact that there is plenty of stuff on Bruce Lee and some of his old training equipment but the the drills are all very basic and boring.
