5.0 out of 5 stars Thiswas a incredibly innovative, timesaving read for gardener
I read this book last fall when I first started doing the research for my garden. It has some fabulous ideas for doubling your vegetables, recipes for organic insecicides, improving your current soils, etc. I could'nt wait to own my own copy to reference when it came time to "dig" in this spring!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Jeff Cox's 100 Greatest Garden Ideas
This is the worst book I've ever waisted money on. I'll be sure to go to the library or local bookstore from now on to check out, anything that he writes, for myself. After reading his book about the best 150 perrenials, I thought this might be a winner. Then someone rated this book with 5 stars. No Way! Talk about Rube Goldberg. The first item he mentions is an INDOOR...

Of course someone who rated this book 1 star wouldn't know how to spell "waste". This book was far from a waste of money. I love to carry my gardening tools around my waist. Fantastic book that was of great help to gardeners everywhere. Love it.

I'm not sure how someone could give this just 1 star. I borrowed it from the library both my husband and I loved it and plan to get our own copy. We are experienced gardeners, enjoying both flowers and veggies, and found many of the ideas presented in this book to be new to us and very interesting. We have started to implement some of the suggestions with wonderful results. Now our neighbors are now doing the same!

After reading his book about the best 150 perrenials, I thought this might be a winner. Then someone rated this book with 5 stars. No Way! Talk about Rube Goldberg. The first item he mentions is an INDOOR composter. Even the new Organic Gardening magazine is in the 21st century. If I didn't have to pay for postage I'd send this book back. I'll donate it to the library for the next book sale.
