I had a clogged sink that would take perhaps an hour to drain completely. I've tried various Liquid Plumber and Drano products in the past with mixed results. As a last resort, I took Consumer Reports' advice and decided to try CLR and whoosh! Within seconds my drain was unclogged. Fun to use too! Disclaimer: FIRMLY cover the overflow drain or there is a possibility gunk will come flying out of it! I learned the messy way ;)

I tried every liquid drain cleaner on the market with NO luck, Power Plumber worked the very first time. It is a great product.

I laughed with joy when this worked. Our tub was clogged for a long time and nothing seemed to work. We tried liquid plumber, snaking, chemicals..you name it.
I was skeptical but it worked like magic! Make sure you have the overflow covered SECURELY as the blast is pretty powerful. It's not scary or anything but it packs a punch. It will also need to be covered to make sure the air can unclog properly. We stuffed the overflow with plastic bags and then held a tupperware lid over it. You can improvise as needed. :) Our tub took 3 solid blasts and that's all it took!
CLR saved us a huge bill from the plumber. It was worth every penny. Please don't be afraid to try it. I also feel safer using it since it's not made with harsh frightening chemicals.

I have used other chemical products before and felt horrible about the effects on our children and the environment. This product works awesome! I could even use it with my baby next to me and not worry about fumes or toxic chemicals! The drain was instantly clear and works better than I think it EVER has!

I have tried everything! plunging over and over, liquid drain openers, even ones that are supposed to be professional strength! I bought the power plumber kit, and it opened the bathtub drain instantly! Worth every penny!!

The Power Plumber is a great product. It is a good alternative to chemicals. I was pleased with the results. Please note that this is a one pack, not a two-pack.

I bought one of these at my local drugstore as an experiment, not believing it would work. But it worked great! Color me surprised. Seems like it is quicker, safer, and more exciting (compressed air sounds neat) than pouring nasty chemicals down the drain.

Will literally take less than 5 minutes, all you need is a cloth you don't care about.
Fill the sink till the bottle is engulfed about 4-6 inches, then cover the overflow hole with a cloth, and push.

One thing though. If the cap is loose & disconnected from the bottle and seems like it won't work don't worry it will.

I was trying to reconnect it and accidentally spray that stuff all over my hand, package says you could get frostbite but I got nothing more than a tingly feeling, in case this happens to you wash your hands with warm water for 15 minutes!

I got this after reading another review that said it was consumer reports best buy. I was skeptical having always used various forms of Drano and Liquid Plumber. The sink I used it on was standing water for two days while I waited for deliver. One pump and instant success. Drains better than if I used Drano, which would work but it still drained slowly and eventually got clogged up again. I used a form of Drano that was supposed to prevent the sink from clogging, preventative maintenance formula, can't remember the name. But it had limited success at best. This little can has up to 15 uses and costs less than Drano, and works better than and quicker than Drano ever has. I'm sold and won't be using anything else. If you have a clogged drain I highly suggest you give this a shot. For me I'll be saving money, since this sink constantly got clogged and I was buying Drano every other month and had to use the entire bottle to clear the clog and still had slow drainage.
I usually don't write reviews, don't have the time. But this product worked that good I had to write one. It works better and will save me money since I get many more uses out of it than a bottle of Drano.

I once purchased this product in a local store and was amazed at how well it worked. When it was used up, I went to go get more and the store no longer had it. I had a hard time finding it locally; so I came to Amazon and ordered about 6 cans of it.

It is soooooo much better than the Liquid Plumber style chemicals. It doesn't contain any poisons and works instantly. I use it mostly to periodically unclog my shower drain.
