I've only been using this on and off for a year and it's already broken. The motor is a little weak and will catch some hairs and yank them out. The designs are hard to use because you have to hold it with one hand while trimming with the other. It does trim the hair to about 1/8" but don't expect a smooth shave. All in all it worked fairly well, especially at the beginning.

I liked the Hot Trimmer. The only down fall is you do have to hold the shapes your self. I found that if you trim a little before you do this it will help. I have bought 2. The 1st one did crash on me too but I would let it grow out-more than I should and then it would yank some hairs out. But then I started to trim it down some and I have had this one almost 1.5 years. =) I LOVE IT

I am very disappointed in this product. I just started to use it and the cap kept coming off. The motor was very weak! I keep myself trimmed.....but it was still ripping some hair out for the short time I got to use it! Dont waste your money!

If you like to keep it tidy down there and don't like razor burn, this is THE BEST. I killed my other one I used it so much. They don't tell you it even comes with a nose hair trimmer. I bought a Conair version for much more money. It broke in like two seconds. Jenna's is the best. I was even in the adult shop talking about it to the cashier and she had never heard of it and she wanted one and wanted to know where she could get one because she had trouble shaving and didn't like being waxed. It comes in a little plastic pouch that's actually pretty heavy duty to hold the accessories. I never got into making the little designs and stuff. My ex boyfriend liked trimming his beard with it better than his beard trimmer!!

I just got it in the mail today. I put in the battery the little light turns on but I can't get the trimmer to actually turn on. They do not accept returns so I lost my money. It seems pretty cheap quality too.
