Jennie Chancey grew up in an adventurous homeschooling family, daughter of renowned aviation historian Jeffrey Ethell, who gave her a love for writing at a young age. Married to Matthew Chancey, Jennie's adventure continues as homeschooling mom of eight children, owner of Sense & Sensibility Patterns, and occasional writer (as time permits!).

A sweet story of God softening a heart,

I enjoyed this cd when i bought it from VF. Jennie's story of coming out of a christian background and turning "femininst" was different from most i hear of being raised pagan and just running with it. It was interesting to hear her journey and i found myself so happy to hear of her heart turning to the Lord and submitting to him (and we all know how hard and pride smashing that is). All in all this is a great listen and is very encouraging
