About the Actor
Jennifer Gianni's interest in using Pilates as a safe and effective way to stay in shape before, during and after pregnancy was a result of the workouts she developed during her first pregnancy. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the mind/body field and is a pregnancy expert who has contributed to publications such as Shape, Fit Pregnancy, Pilates Style, Parents Expecting magazines and has been featured on Fit TV.
