The scope and detail of these DVDs are phenomenal! Jennifer Kries does an excellent job of explaining in precise detail the purpose and focus of each exercise, how to execute the exercise, how to cue it, and how to spot. A fantastic accompaniment to Pilates teacher training or for Pilates practitioners who want to deepen their practice. These DVDs are a must-have for your Pilates library!

Clear, accurate information. I love Jennifer's teaching style. Jennifer breaks down the exercise and speaks to the student instructor in particular. I love the way she tells me what to look for in the body with each exercise, as well as how to speak to the client. She even helps me with hand placement for assisting the client with the exercise. Each time I watch the series I am able to get what feels like new information. Invaluable tool! I would love to see more videos from Jennifer Kreis! She truely is a "Super Star". Classical Pilates at its best!

I am a Pilates Instructor and always looking for ways to improve and further my education. I really enjoyed her DVD's and ways of instructing the client. She explains everything from where to assist the client to different uses for the exercises and rehabilitation exercises. It was a great investment.
