We were living in an apartment and were moving in about nine months, so this cradle was a great alternative to a crib. It is simple and elegant, and more spacious than any of the bassinets. There are many lovely cradle bumper sets to choose from which add a nice touch.

Easy to assemble,

As a second-time parent, I've put together my share of baby products, and this cradle ranks among the easiest. The directions are very easy to follow and the cradle went together within fifteen minutes, even with the "help" of my toddler! Although it has been criticized as being flimsy, the cradle seems more than sturdy enough to last the few months it will be used. My only complaint is that the (very) thin mattress included has an odd smell; I will be looking to purchase a better quality mattress.
