I have used this Center channel speaker for years and it still impresses me to no end. A center channel speaker is the heart of any Home Theater system and picking a weak sounding or a speaker unable to handle the demands of Dobly Digital and DTS formats you have just surrendered your home theater experience to so so land. This Jensen is a solid build and durable speaker with very clear dialog production while being able to handle the booms all at once. When friends come over they are always impressed with the clarity and the smooth transistion of sound across the front sound stage. If your lucky enough to live in a kid and pet free home, remove the cloth grill and let the well designed drivers show themsevles off. I have used JBL in the past and I currently use Optimus Pro CS3 (old Radio shack) in the bed room and a Polk R/T/M series Center channel speaker in my smaller media room, so I have others to compare this Jensen to and it stands up with no issues to date.
