I was not sure what to expect when I ordered the veggie chips but I was happy with my purchase when I saw how much my family enjoyed them. They are low fat, low carbs and a healthy choice for a quick snack on the go or to relax with.

The taste is passable; it is unmistakably potato starch with a little flavoring - crispy and chewable, but rather boring. While I respect the earlier reviews, I would not rate it as highly as they did.

We love these -- I have a pre-teen who thinks these are great -- so does her girlfriend. Anytime I can entice my kids to eat healthy snacks is an easy day for me.
