Very good, organic coffee.
Very good organic coffee. I've had quite a few organic coffees and this is up there with the best. And the price is among the lowest of the organic coffees. Also, it is fair-trade which helps the growers. I only drink "organic" coffee because I've heard coffee beans are some of the most sprayed of any crop.

The beans were stale and this company has no one to complain to.Your only choice is to return it.

That's it. It's great coffee, comparable to the Ethiopian coffees available at Trader Joe's but cheaper (per lb).

Tastes exactly like Trader Joes and its a bit cheaper here. Ethiopian coffee is the best of all coffees and this brand does not disappoint! The bag is very large and I just hope it stays fresh for a long time. I'd rather have it in a few small bags, but then it would be more expensive probably.

I'm very happy with this coffee. It's smooth, not at all bitter, but still strong, rich, and flavorful. Better than Trader Joes Ethiopian coffee, and less expensive!

I love Ethiopian organic and this is a great coffee. 100% arabica beans that are perfectly medium roasted. I love this coffee because there is no bitterness or acid taste with lesser brands. Amazon does a great job of shipping them in a huge 5 lb bag. I tried this coffee once and kept on ordering again. It's that good. At about $9/lb it's near the Starbuck's price but worth it.
