In November 2007, I will turn 70 years of age. I have to thank my "best friend" over all of these years. You have always been at my side, in my suitcase, in the chorus line dressing rooms, in my studio, on ocean voyages. Some people have tried to become as good a friend to my face as you have always been. They did not succeed no matter their breeding or cost.

People think I'm in my 40's. I am flattered but know it is my "best friend" my Jergen's Face Cream that should get the credit for my youthful appearance. I have people ask and then accuse me of having a face lift or botox injections. I tell them no. So, I tell them that I have used Jergen's Face Cream since I was 18 years of age. I have a lot of converts already.

I did my stint as a chorus girl at the Desert Inn in Las Vegas in the 50's. Talk about a rough climate for the skin -- that is the Vegas sun and wind.

Now, still teaching dance, I would be lost without my "best friend." Please, don't ever go away. I could not start the day with out that lovely refreshment for my face and neck. (I also use it on my arms and legs.)

I have been using Jergens Face Cream for years. I wear face make-up every day, including mascara. And Jergens does a great job of removing make-up, even mascara. This is an important product if you want to get your skin clean before you go to sleep. Just put it on your face and wipe off with a tissue, and then wash with your regular face wash products.
I also find the price of Jergens Face Cream costs much less than most other make-up remover creams. So it is economical to use too.

I originally bought this for the face cream benefits. And after various experiments, I must say this is the best cream I've every purchased. I use this for face, body, hands (great hand cream), feet. I even use this on my hair and wigs. Great sheen but not thick like petrolium jelly. Shiny, soft and absorbs well. In my area I can get them for $3. Stock up!

I've always had clear soft skin until my third pregnancy. Suddenly I had the worst acne and my face was so dry it was peeling around my mouth and on my nose. I used all the name brand treatments and moisturizers which only seemed to make things worse. After about a week of using this product, my face cleared even better than it usually was and was so soft! I use it like a moisturizer under my foundation and although the directions say to tissue it off I leave it as is. The only drawback is when you first put it on its really greasy but definately works great!!!

Imagine a face cream that removes make-up and acts like a nighttime moisturizer all in one. Then imagine that it works better than the $18 department store items, and for less than 1/2 the price. It's true. This cream does the trick!

The only reason that I haven't give the item 5 stars is that there are artificial ingedients in it and that it's packaged in plastic. I would love it if this cream was packaged in a nice glass jar. Maybe one day Jergens will do that?
Until then, it is still a good buy since it is a full 15 oz, which is larger than most face creams, so it is almost like buying in "bulk", which minimizes packaging.
All in all, it is a very effective product and I enjoy it.

I first started using Jergens All-Purpose Face Cream about 3 years ago because it was cheaper than Ponds or Walgreen's brand (Walgreen's brand is terrable). This face cream is creamy and even removes my "waterproof mascara". It is a shame I can no longer find it locally.

This stuff works really great. It might be a little oily for some people's taste. Don't forget that it's like $3 at walmart.

My grandmother used to put this on her face everynight, so as an adult, I had dry skin so I began to use it as a makeup remover. It leaves my skin "dewey" and the lovely smell of this product brings back sweet memories of my grandmother! Don't ever discontinue this!!
