This CD is an out of print collectible! It is the original 1989 Rhino/Sun Records release. Catalog R2 70657. There is a drill hole through the spine of the case.

For those interested in Jerry Lee, but not sure where to begin, this cd is essential. It covers some early Sun hits and leaves you wanting more. I bought this cd to get started, and never looked back. It is now a cornerstone of my Jerry Lee collection. I have since went on to purchase most of the Sun recordings as well as those recorded on Mercury/Smash. You cannot miss with this disc.

This is one of his best albums.
It has always been hard to come by, but was glad to be able to find the CD. The songs are solid and varied, just the type of music that is all about Jerry Lee.
This is a must for any collector.

Jerry Lee's second album for Sun. Contains some great numbers. What a shame that two of them are not the issued recordings of 1959 namely 'Break Up' and 'Hello Josephine' They are distinctly different from those takes on my vinyl album (bought all those years ago).Rhino generally do a great job but have slipped up here.
