Well for starters, I'm a fan of "THE NEWLYWEDS" on MTV. I received the book in less than a week and it was worth it! I love the photos of Jessica and Nick and the format of the book is awesome! It has good advice for a wedding and has good points for myself who is planning that big day. [My] book also came with a DVD with features about the two lovebirds.The classic moment was when Nick first saw his Bride at the church aisle. It was breath taking. I cried! Worth buying and I hope you will enjoy it!

This book is pretty, however, its basically Jessica's wedding album with a few notes. Good if you're a Simpson fan, not too helpful when planning a wedding, especially planning a wedding on a budget.

This is a great book for those planning a wedding! It was full of wonderful in-depth tips and ideas. All the experts Jessica Simpson used in her own wedding from her planner, (super wedding coordinator Mindy Weiss) down to her hair and make-up team all wrote sections in the book with how to make your day exactly what you want. This is a great book for weddings of all budgets and sizes! And Jessica Simpson fans will love the peak into all the details of her wedding. The book is loaded with wonderful pictures!!

Let me start by saying, I have always been a huge fan of Jessica Simpson's singing. I love Jessica and Nick's new series on MTV. From watching the series, I have learned to appreciate Nick's singing and look forward to listening to his "Soulo" CD.

This classy book is full of beautiful pictures of the wedding. It takes the reader on a journey from the actual wedding planning process, to the pre-wedding bridal shower, to the rehearsal dinner, to the bridal luncheon on the morning of the wedding, and then on to the ceremony and reception. What makes this book interesting is that Jessica actually interviewed several members on her wedding planning team including Mindy Weiss (wedding planner) and Jessica Paster (stylist).

I am getting married in November of this year and thought this book was really well done with great IDEAS for my fiance' and I! Even if you don't have millions to spend like Jessica everything can be brought down to realistic ideas. People think their wedding has to be as extravagent and it doesn't, it's all about making the day yours.

I have been watching the Newlyweds on MTV, and have to confess I go more for the Nick type than the Jessica type, but oh well. I found their adventures in couple-hood to be quite interesting; not profound, but not cheesy, over-hyped, or too staged. When I saw that Jessica had put together a book of their wedding on one of the episodes, I thought it might be a nice thing to get, and then pass on to my niece, who is much more of the age to be the likely fan for Jessica.

I found this book to be very interesting and very sweet, just the sort of book a teenaged girl would find good for her own fantasy wedding to an attractive young man such as Nick. Of course, my niece is not likely to become a pop star (although one never knows!), but the idea of a wedding is already beginning to bloom in her.

The photography is good, and the subjects are interesting and visually appealing. There isn't too much text, and it is neither too complicated to understand nor is it too simplistic. Again, the kind of thing that would appeal to the target audience of young ladies, but also in a more limited way to a broader audience.

I wish the newlyweds well with their life together and their careers.

I loved this book. Loved the inside look of her wedding and loved the tips. I don't have a lot of money, and the tips in her book helped a lot. I was really able to use them.

My girlfriend is a BIG Jessica Simpson fan, and she *loves* this book--it's not only filled with insider shots of the wedding, rehearsal dinner, etc., but it also profiles the behind-the-scenes pros that made it all spectacular. For example, the dress designer, Vera Wang, is well-detailed as are the photographer and the stylists. The really great thing is, if you happen to be planning a wedding--these pros give tips to pull off similar spectacular effects--even if you don't have Jessica's budget. Important, since it looks like we might be using some of these tips... Anyway, it's filled with great photos and lots of info. I made a lot of points!

I was totally excited to get this book, I've wanted it since it came out! For me personally, I am obsessed with weddings, so even just having the pictures was great. However, there was no DVD as someone else mentioned, even though in the back of the book they discuss the DVD credits....so who knows. Anyways, this book is lovely to look at, but for those looking for really great advice, it isn't here. This book gives a good outline of all the things that you need to consider and think about when planning your wedding, and does offer some tips to save money. However, most of the book seems dedicated to the rich and famous. For example, in one money saving tip, they explain that it is a good idea to choose flowers that are in season. They then go on to discuss how Jessica wanted roses, which were out of season, and had to get 30,000 shipped in for her big day with a hefty price tag. For some people this book could just prove to be a big reminder of a lack of money. You see this dream wedding, and cannot have it.
