product broke 4 days after recieved, May 4, 2010

i bought this product as a present for my wife who had never had a bag worth more then 20 dollars or so and such joy has now turned to despair.
my wife who has only taken it out of the house twice and today was at my childs school today and the zipper became stuck and then as she pulled to try to open the zip, it broke.
not sure if this is covered by any warrenty ( if they have them on bags ) but it was just dissapointing to me and my wife.

Eyecatching, fun, functional, May 19, 2010
Yeah, okay, it's a little pricey for a non-leather bag. And I do worry that the perforated flowers are going to tear somewhere along the way (saw the hobo version at a TJ Maxx with a torn flower), but I still HAD to have it, and I still love it.
The braided handles are comfortable and stay on the shoulder easily.
Without the stuffing inside, the bag slouches into a MUCH more attractive shape (almost like a bowler).
It's held up to work and swap meet activities so far (used it for a couple weeks straight).
The color is fantastic, especially in fluorescent office lighting (a lovely lemon yellow, not the mustard that is more common on handbags).
There are three large inner pockets, which makes it possible to always have a dedicated sunglasses pocket AND a dedicated cell pocket.
There is an inner keychain strap which keeps my keys organized and prevents them from flying around and scratching the glasses/phone/mp3 player/ etc.
I would buy another JS bag based on my experience.
