I "think" the product is nice but since I ordered the wrong size for my wife and SHOE METRO won't let us exchange I'll never know. We live extremely remote (military), and I ordered these boots a few months in advance for Christmas for my wife. She has other Jessica Simpson boots and we love them.

These did not fit and when we contacted SHOE METRO customer service to exchange they said too-bad, it's been over 90 days. We offered to pay an exchange fee, re-stocking fee or whatever it took to exchange these brand-new boots, still for sale on their website for another size but they refused. The woman my wife spoke to on SHOE METRO customer service was completely uninterested in disussing any options or alternatives. I definitely recommend avoiding SHOE METRO if there is any remote chance you need to exchange or return.

I am 5'1" tall and wanted something that could give me some extra inches without looking so. This pair of boots are really cute and for the most part, comfortable. My toes seem to cramp a little in there, so I frequently had to adjust my feet position backward to avoid that problem. Walking (on a flat surface) is easy with this pair, but the long strings did want to combine together, so be careful. It's always hard to walk downhill on something this high, as expected.
I had to give a 4 for the toes space. Otherwise, I love this pair.

The suede is fabulous and the interior is warm, silky soft faux fur lined. It felt very true to size and width. I didnt love the tassle ties on the front and, after tripping over one while walking up the stairs, decided to cut them off. Over all a gorgeous boot!

Boots that makes you feel like a 10 !! that is what these boots are.

I really love this boots, they are very warm, beautiful and sexy all in one :-) The heels was a little bit higher than a thought but it was only a positive thing. First a bought them in black and then I just have to have the other colour too. They are very comfortable and the size is normal. I would like to say that every women needs to have one of these sexy boots, buy them you wont regret it. Love Sandra from Sweden

...i reeeeaally do! A bit late to the party in finding this style online shopping; couldn't find a black 7.5 anywhere. Out of the blue, last week, ShoeBuy apparently finds a pair in their warehouse -which is one town over, it seems- and lists it here for sale... Yet another example of needing to ALWAYS check back with Amazon.com for sold out items!!

Anywho - the boots are gorgeous, perfect fit, and sure to be my go to boot for the fall/winter months. So glad Amazon exists... I am one happy woman! =}

THESE ARE A VERY CUTE BOOT, BUT THEY WEREN'T COMFORTABLE WHEN I FIRST PUT THEM ON. I ALSO, FELT UNSTABLE IN THEM, MOSTLY DUE TO THEIR HEIGHT. I'M NOT USE TO WEARING REALLY HIGH INCH BOOTS, AND I THINK THESE WERE 4 INCHES, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BUILT LIKE A CORK HEEL. I PROABABLY WOULD HAVE KEPT THEM IF THEY HAD FIT COMFORTABLEY, BUT THE DIDN'T. THEY ARE DEFINATLEY NOT A WORK SHOE, ESPECIALLY IN MY LINE OF WORK (HEALTH DEPARTMENT). I'M ON MY FEET ALL DAY, AND I NEED SHOES THAT I CAN WEAR ALL DAY LONG, W/O ANY ISSUES OF HAVING ANY FOOT PAIN. THESE WOULD HAVE BEEN A CUTE BOOT TO WEAR OUT ON-THE-TOWN, BUT LIKE I SAID THEY WEREN'T COMFY...DARN IT! MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK...I HAD TO RETURN THEM...BUMMER!

More than I expected lots of room I think I can wear a size smaller and I can wear thick socks and my feet still looks smaller and still have plenty room

I expected more. They are high but comfortable and true to size. There are two reasons why I gave it a 3 star rating. The shaft of the boot is wide making the leg look bulkier. In other words fat. The heel itself I thought was a rubber wedge. Not so it's a heel with what looks like contact paper covering it. Contact paper is not popular anymore but it's what people covered their kitchen shelves with back in the day. It's a beige plastic thing. Makes the boot look cheap. I'm keeping them because I paid half the asking price.

I love the boots! My kind of boots! Amazon shipped it on time without damages or anything. Amazing!
