Perfect... After the Struggle, November 13, 2009

Keeping the mood of the gladiator wedge, this shoe is rocker style, hip and pretty.
FIT:
-I ordered in my standard size: 8.5M and it fit well.
-There is room in the ankle for larger calved girls
-The shoe is difficult to slip on because I think the zipper should go down further in the back. It takes patience to get them on, but once they are on, they are plenty big enough. DO NOT ORDER A SIZE UP.
-The toe area is slightly tapered, so if you have wide feet, the toe strap might be too tight for you.
-The arch gives nice support
STYLE:
-The straps are wicked cute. I can wear w rolled up jeans and feel totally hip
-The back of the wedge heel is skinnier than the front of the wedge, so it makes it kind of weird to walk- feels like you're teetering at first. once you get used to it, it's easy to walk in.
-I love the zipper on the back
-I got these in brown, but I wish they were a darker brown than they are. They look like an old leather couch set, whereas I would have prefered a chocolate leather look/ mocha.
Overall, the shoe is wicked cute, but I wouldn't say hott. It is comfortable, after the struggle. Therefore, it's a 3 star.
