3.0 out of 5 stars Jesse Steele Ava Child's Apron Review, August 23, 2008
The brown and pink polka dot apron is adorable and my daughter loves it; however, I was a bit disappointed with the sizing. The product description did not list any size information (not even listing an approximate age bracket for sizing reasons), and the apron was much smaller that I had anticipated. For the price paid, I also had expected the apron to be made from a thicker material, or perhaps even lined on the back side (a thin waterproof coating perhaps), but the actual material is quite thin. Lastly, the picture of this apron shows large pink bows on the pockets; however, the apron I received has very tiny small pink bows on the pockets. Not a big deal, but the large bows on the apron shown with the product description are much nicer.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice quality, but sizing in question., January 8, 2009

I found this product to be of good quality. However, after going to the manufacturer web site and amazon trying to find sizing, I am a bit disappointed. I purchased this for my very small 7 yr old niece and it is so small. This item would fit a normal 5 year old maybe. It would be nice if they would put actual sizing. I would probably not order again just because of the sizing.

3.0 out of 5 stars Cute design but fabric too thin, December 6, 2011

I got this item with the matching ladies' apron and pot holder. The design is cute and it looks pretty good on but the fabric is way too thin to give any real protection. I was thinking of having it monogrammed but honestly I'd be a little embarrassed to take this to my usual embroidery shop. I also purchased with some "asd living" aprons (about same price) and they are much nicer quality. I intended to give these as a gift and keep the "asd living" ones for myself but am switching them around just due to the quality of the fabrics. This was a cute idea but the manufacturer really cheaped out on the quality.
