This universal vise can be elevated through 90 degrees from the horizontal to the vertical position. It can also be tilted on it's lower angle base up to 45 degrees either left or right. The 360 degree swivel base is graduated in one degree increments. The vise can be securely locked in all three settings.

No disappointment on this vise. Do consider how tall the unit is, as it will consume the space under the mill head. Very solid vise and easy to adjust.
