This does an amazing job to clean small bottles (beer or wine). Be careful if you are trying to wash bigger carboys are this is not very sturdy and actually mine broke after a large carboy slipped on it. But for regular use this is a good tool.

This product is a cheap chrome knock off of the all Brass Jet Carboy & Bottle Washers. It is made in India, and violates Jet Carboy's trademark.

We purchased this to wash out our home-brew soda bottles. It works as described and is effective for cleaning out the bottles. We have not tried it on our carboys because they have mead (honey wine) in them. We are rather fanatical about keeping the kitchen and work area as clean as possible when brewing as this improves the safety level of the process and our final product. The jet carboy and bottle washer helps with this a great deal. We plan to give it as a gift to other home-brewers we know.

Can't imagine cleaning/rinsing bottles, jugs, carboys, etc. without one. Will not fit most kitchen faucets without an adapter Faucet Adapter for Faucet Jet Carboy Beer Bottle Washer (Disregard the 1-star review. Reviewer obviously had been having a few before trying to assemble.)

I screwed the item into the tap. Turned on the water and reached for a bottle. Before I could pick up the bottle the spout fell off. I tried sticking the spout pack in to the screw on part but it fell off repeatedly. I cut my finger in this attempt. On closer inspection I could see that the two parts were supose to be soldered together and weren't. I threw the item away. I can hardly imagine a more disappointing experience.

Don't expect the beautiful chrome you see in the picture but other than that the thing does work remarkably well....

Bottlewasher is great! For an adapter to your sink, go to the local hardware store and get one for a couple of dollars. I don't know how my husband made beer without this handy tool. He says it took forever to get things clean and rinsed.

the product is not like the one pictured is made ''in bronze and welds are not retouched ... its behavior is good, but I think we should improve the information in the article to know what you are buying ....

My son was very excited to get this for Christmas but to our dismay it didn't fit on the faucets.
