XACTA Laser Provides High Visibility
The JMS-12SCMS comes equipped with the patented green XACTA Laser--a Jet exclusive. This special laser emits a distinct green light that is much easier to see in bright, outdoor conditions than are the more common red colored versions. The laser is also mounted in special housing just behind the blade where it remains out of the operator's direct line of vision but projects its finely focused alignment light across the wood in clear view.

it's a sweet miter saw-- it's definately a beast. I mounted mine onto the larger model Trojan mobile base. The dust collection port can be hooked up to a shop vac or Festool dust collector with some standard hosing parts... the dust bag that comes with it should fill up quick- so best to connect a real dust collector. I think it rivals the new Kapex for it's main functions and it's only half the price. Solid buy- no regrets.
