5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent quality photo paper
I own an Epson Stylus Photo 1200, which prints beautiful photos, but is extremely picky about the paper it will print on. I own an Epson Stylus Photo 1200, which prints beautiful photos, but is extremely picky about the paper it will print on. Many brand name papers that I have used successfully with other printers do not work with the 1200. Jet Print Professional Photo Paper, however, gives among the best quality output I have seen, matching Epson's own photographic papers. It is also a nice heavyweight paper, heavier than Epson's papers. It gives very realistic images and the ink dries very quickly. I print a lot of photos and this paper is my paper of choice for most photos.

Beware, though. This is the most expensive of the Jet Print papers, and it shows in the quality. I haven't tried all the varieties, but the cheapest one (the one also found in 4X6 size) prints abysmally on my printer (slow to dry, ink not adhering to the paper properly), and the other couple I tried were somewhere inbetween. With Jet Print, you get what you pay for. Note: Amazon's current price...is much cheaper than I have found it anywhere else.

Now if only Jet Print Professional was available in sizes other than letter size.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality, great price, September 28, 2000
This review is from: Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper (15 Count) (Office Product)
I've used this paper with great results in my HP P1000 Photo Printer. Colors are sharp and clear, exactly as they are on HP paper. I would rate this paper as comparable to HP paper, but it tends to be lower in price which gives it an edge! I noticed another review said it only comes in letter size, but I have found and used it in 4x6, my preferred size. An excellent paper, and quite a value compared to other brands or photo lab prints.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Well With Canon S800!!!, December 10, 2001

I have experimented with some photo papers with my Canon S800 (which is great) and have found the Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper to provide excellent prints. So far, I have also used the Canon Photo Paper Pro and Kodak's Premium Picture Paper. I rate Canon first, Jet Print a close second, and Kodak must not be compatible with the S800 (I intend to call them on their compatability guarantee). I could not tell the difference between Canon and Jet Print without looking VERY closely at the prints.

I print on a HP 970 Cse. I have had the best results with this wonderfull inkjet media. I wonder under normal lighting conditions how this paper rates on fade resistance with the HP inks?

5.0 out of 5 stars Phenominal Print Quality, July 5, 2001

This review is from: Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper (15 Count) (Office Product)
I've tried several brands of photo paper and they have all seemed to be lacking when compared to traditional photos. Not so with this paper! The results are great. Colors are crisp and clear. Resolution is tops. The weight of the paper gives the pictures a high quality feel to them. The only problem that I have had is that the paper can be a little hard to feed into the printer because of its thickness (I have an HP 932c). But that's a minor problem considereing the results. My printer cost only $200 and you can get it now on sale for $129 so you don't need an expensive printer for these great results. Just a good picture to start with and this paper.

2.0 out of 5 stars Products shipped were "Free Sample Packs", January 26, 2012

The advertised "Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper (15 Count)" is not what BuyWTG shipped. For each order of photo papers, BuyWTG shipped me 3 "Free Sample Packs" that each contain 5 Sheets. Although a 3-sample-pack substitute still adds up to a total of 15 sheets, these Free Sample Packs were not packaged in a hard protective box for retail sales (presumably to save money because they were FREE) and as a results some of the sample packs had crushed, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged corners.

Although BuyWTG shipped me replacement packs for the ones that had visible corner damage, once the packs were opened I noticed that many of them have occasional bends and indentation marks. The flimsy soft cellophane covered packaing in which these free samples were packed is simply not adequate for covering damage that could result during shipping and handling, or from placement of weight on them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Top Notch Photo Paper, February 3, 2011

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper (15 Count) (Office Product)
I don't know what exactly is different from other photo papers, but the results are brilliant --- much better than HP and Kodak. I strayed awaw from actual HP ink and thought that's what was producing the poor results, but it turns out that it's the paper. Back when my original stock of International Paper Jet-Print Photo paper ran out, I couldn't find it anymore at Walmart, so I just bought Kodak. The results were pretty disappointing compared to the International results. Then I figured there is nothing that could be better for my HP printer than HP paper. Very similar results as with the KodaK paper. All papers were high gloss.

I recently found some 4x6 International JetPrint Photo paper that I didn't even know I had. The results are back to what I originally remember. I couldn't be happier. Brilliant, brilliant prints. Like someone said .... just like from a professional lab.

The difference with the Kodak and and HP is that when the ink gets laid down, it causes the paper to lose its gloss, resulting it poor prints. Especially poor at certain angles. With the International paper, the ink get laid down and the gloss remains perfectly intact, resulting in brilliant results. I can't believe that there would be such a different between the big names of Kodak and HP vs a relatively unknown name to me like International.

I don't know if my results are specific for the HP ink or printer, but I personally would pay twice as much for the International paper, as I would the other two. Remarkable difference.

My only complaint is that the package of 60 is currently unavailable. Hopefully it's only a temporaty situation.

I had been displeased with the order this company sent to me and made such a review. But they made good on the mds. and sent me the photo paper as described in the ad. I had not even contacted them, so I feel this was done in good faith. I would recommend them as honest.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best High Quality Photo Paper! Highly Recommended, September 20, 2009
This review is from: Jet Print Photo Professional Photo Paper (15 Count) (Office Product)
Jet Print Professional Photo Paper (with the "Gold" top packaging) is by far my favorite Glossy Inkject print paper.
I am always amazed by the high quality, photo lab look of the finished prints when using this paper with my Epson 2200 (which you would expect) and even with my Brother MFC-6490CW all-in-one.

This is a fairly heavy stock paper that is glossy on one side so if you use multiple printers, like I do, it pays to know which way to load the paper into the feed tray to avoid wasting the expensive paper and printer ink. I also like that ink does dry very quickly on this paper.

The Jet Print "Premium" Photo Paper (with the "Silver" top packaging) is also very good.

Highly Recommended!
