5.0 out of 5 stars A vintage Tull Collection, February 10, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Jethro Tull - Through The Years (Audio CD)
This album is an assorted collection of Tull numbers recorded through the years 1967-1995(inludes live versions as well)ranging from This Was to their most recent Roots to Branches. The choice of numbers is fine and thankfully the too popular and often repeated numbers have been omitted. This album definitely takes you on a trip down memory lane ie Jethrotull of yesteryears to what it is today and is really worth its money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great, July 2, 2000

James T. Leyden (San Jose, CA United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Jethro Tull - Through The Years (Audio CD)
This is a great compilation that really does span "Through The Years". This makes it excellent for the person who does not know exactly what Tull is all about, or who only owns a few cd's. As far as tracks go, this release is identical to the import "Collection", the tracks are just in a diffrent order. And since prices change, just remember to get whichever one is cheapest, or available the soonest!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Good Tull Collection, November 10, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Jethro Tull - Through The Years (Audio CD)
I recently purchased the disc and it was great hearing the old songs again. Living In The Past and Dharma have been recorded in new versions and Locomotive Breath is a live version by a more recent edition of the Tull band. The sound quality is excellent on this remastered disc.
