Was wowed by the price savings. Seller's price was almost half of what CVS charges for same product. Was very pleased with my first shipment. Product arrived in a few days, was well packaged in original manufacturers wrapping as it was described on the site. Problems arose when I placed a second order for 2 cases. Cases arrived a few days apart and in very different condition from first shipment. The first box of the second order came in a smaller box. The cans were placed in a plastic bag but were loose (not in manufacturers' wrap.) Most of the cans had deep dents but were clean so we used them. The third shipment was a huge disappointment. Again the cans were placed in a plastic bag inside the shipping box but the cans were loose. Once again, they were heavily dented but also covered in the sticky remains of Jevity 1.5 which is not easy to clean off. We were very concerned about the sterility of the drink given how dirty the cans were. The shipment appeared to be made up of salvaged/damaged cans. Contacted the seller through Amazon and they resent a clean case that was in manufacturers wrap. Price for product is great but consistency in quality is not. Next time I will pay a few more dollars and try a different seller. Don't need the headaches associated with getting an unusable case of product when dealing with so many other complicated health issues.

My wife uses 5 cases a month of this product. I purchased it from various sources at prices from $50 to $65 a case before I discovered Amazon and their supplier. Price is good and delivery is terrific! They estimate 5 days and it almost always beats that by a day. My primary problem was that many cans were bent in the initial order. This was nothing new. I had received bent cans from other suppliers, and I blame the manufacturer (Abbott, I think) for sloppy packing, etc. But this supplier replaced every bent can I reported and I discarded the bent cans and used the replacements. Now, when I order, I place the legend, "NO BENT CANS PLEASE" in the second address line of the delivery address. They always remove it and have seldom sent bent cans since.
I really suspect someone else is getting my bent cans (another review mentions this) and I suggest he/she complain (through Amazon, not directly to the supplier - you get better results). Eventually, maybe Abbott will get the message!

My Wife, who is going through radiation treatment for throat cancer; has to take four cans a day of this into a feeding tube. The health care insurance we have would not pay for it [ said she has to eat anyway ] but would sell it to us for sixty dollars a case. So we were happy to find it on Amazon for a very good price.

Jevity 1.5 comes in these cans and also in 32oz bottles. The cans are much easier to work with and you use the entire can at once so there isn't a bottle sitting in your frig. Love it

I consumed Jevity exclusively with no other food for seven months after i lost the ability to swallow from complications of a brain surgery. I had caught pneumonia and spent two weeks in the hospital after the surgery, losing 30 pounds in the process (from 160 to 130). Jevity restored my weight, and helped me gain 15 pounds more than i weighed before the surgery. I could walk further after taking Jevity too, and it gave me more energy than my normal diet. I took Jevity by feeding tube the whole time, and found it hard to drink Jevity mouth. It is easier to drink Jevity by mouth if you thin it out with water though. I am finally at the point where I am drinking again to meet my nutrition needs in general. I will have my tube removed this week. I stopped taking Jevity for two weeks, and found it harder to walk and got tired easier. So I've started drinking it by mouth without the feeding tube. It has helped me feel better to drink Jevity again. I will probably continue to take Jevity to some extent after I get the tube out. I found Jevity becomes easier to drink by mouth as your body adjust to consuming it that way. I also drink normal foods prepared in a blender, Ensure, Muscle Milk, soups, and juices now. But I'm thankful for finding Jevity after all I've been through. I think it will still benefit me even after I can eat normally again. Jevity is a true life saver.
Note, I mean to critique the product Jevity itself. Although I am pleased to see Jevity on Amazon. I have never ordered from this supplier. The Jevity I take was acquired through medical channels and covered by Medicare.

highly recomended...considering my mom could get a well daily balanced food. I am confident that she gets her daily required supplementary nutrients and she loves the taste.

Jevity is usually given to people who rely on a feeding tube for their daily nutritional intake, and that's how I first came to learn of this product. I truly believe Jevity kept my husband alive (along with my love!) while he was going through chemo and radiation. My husband no longer has a feeding tube but continues to use Jevity 1.5 as a nutritional supplement as is, or in smoothies. It has a long shelf life, and does not need to be refrigerated. 2 or 3 cans equals a meal (each can is about 330 calories).
