5.0 out of 5 stars Fall Asleep Matching Jewels
This game is so addictive, you will fall asleep trying to match up the jewels. Too much fun to be healthy. Prepare to lose some sleep.

2.0 out of 5 stars Fun at first, then frustrating
This game has nice graphics and exciting music (amazingly not annoying, considering it plays continuously, though you can mute it). The first few levels are fun, then it quickly becomes difficult to the point of being more frustrating than challenging. I would repeatedly get down to one last jewel to match, then watch time run out as I failed to get the matching jewels...

This game has nice graphics and exciting music (amazingly not annoying, considering it plays continuously, though you can mute it). The first few levels are fun, then it quickly becomes difficult to the point of being more frustrating than challenging. I would repeatedly get down to one last jewel to match, then watch time run out as I failed to get the matching jewels. It's a blend of luck and skill, since you have no control over which new jewels drop down. With the timer ticking away, there's not time to ponder strategy to any extent. This game would be a lot more fun without the timer. I play another "match 3" game that gives you an option of "leisure play" with no time limit, and Jewel Quest should have the same option.

3.0 out of 5 stars Jewel Quest, March 29, 2008

= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Jewel Quest JC (Video Game)
This was my first computer game. I played it online for a while, then decided to purchase the DVD to increase the challenge.

I totally enjoyed this game for a while. The first time through the challenges was fun, but later levels became increasingly difficult to the point of frustration...because of the time limits per level. Eventually, I found myself signing off after only one try at a level. Then, I discovered the hidden object games, and I liked them more.

Now, Jewel Quest is just a icon in my games folder that I rarely visit.
