I was very disappointed in this item because it did not cut properly. Some punches had nicks in the cutting surface edge that made jagged edges on the cut disc.This made me think that this was a previously returned cutter, but was told they only sell new items. Contacted the seller for advice on correcting the problem, but was told that they couldn't offer any advice except, "If it doesn't work for you, return for refund." They only refund the purchase price, not the S&H or cost of returning the item, even if defective. I was told the reason I wasn't charged the usual 20% restocking fee was because I had mentioned that the item was defective. Nothing is mentioned in the refund policy about defective items. I was never offered a replacement. So now I have no cutter and no refund on S&H or return postage which totaled $20.45. That's half the cost of the cutter. I returned the cutter with a copy of our e-mail correspondence describing the problem so they could check it out. Got an e-mail indicating they would be refunding the purchase price of the item. Since this item was defective, I asked why the other charges were not refunded. Their answer was that their return policy only allows for the refund of the purchase price and nothing else for any reason. There was no indication that they had even checked the returned cutter for defects.

I will never order anything else from Pro-Line Trading Corp. I believe they are wrong and have been unfair.

I gave this item 1 star because there isn't a lower rating.

I have some 24 and 26 gauge copper sheet and it's VERY hard to get them to punch through it, and even if you can, getting the sheet OUT again is even harder. I had to unscrew the whole thing a time or two just to get the sheet out. Does not make clean cuts, and I wont even bother trying to use the smaller size holes.
