Looking for some a quick project for a gift? Want some projects to fit in while working on your 6 months-in-the-works-masterpiece? Jewelry in a Flash may be just the book for you.Forty-two projects of varying complexity are shown is glorious color, with close up, step-by-step directions. The techniques overview provides an guide to tools and materials needed for the projects in the book. Complete supply lists for each project make it easy to make sure you have everything on hand when the mood strikes. Many books with "fast" or "quick" projects seem to lose something in translation. They lack in design basics, style and innovation. Not so here. The projects are fashion forward, attractive and something you'll be proud to say you have made. I especially like Do the Twist, Zigzag Dangles, and Think inside the Box.
