About the Author
Michal Meron's reputation was built on her enthusiasm for micrography, of which she is Israel's leading exponent. Over the past few years she has widened her range of specializations and the techniques she employs. Michal was born in Haifa, Israel, and studied art in Vienna and at Tel Hai College in northern Israel. She lives with her four children just outside of Tel Aviv. Her work, which has been exhibited in Israel, Europe, and the U.S., is on permanent display in her own gallery in Old Jaffa.
