A long enthusist of Jewish history, but my first real book on Jewish cuisine. So complete with the history/foods for each festival. I've made several of the recipes and friends have requested the recipes. Having been "joked" about all my life about being Jewish, it has only been about 5 years that we have known that our father's parents were Dutch Jews from The Netherlands. We are very proud of this heritage and plan to use many of the recipes in this wonderful book.
