I have this Jewish Cooking Made Slim since 1986 when I went to Duke University Diet program and It is the excellent cooking book I ever had! Every recipes is great and tasting too! And it is help you to lose weight too and the portions and everything about it. Make you feel good. Now I am looking for another since my old one is wore out! LOL But I love it and use them alot and my family loves it too!
