Sadly my daughter really needs these for her therapy (oral motor stimulation for feeding and speaking issues) and she LOVES them, the really do calm her when she's having a hard time... BUT they break very easily. They really ought to fix them, but I guess they know they have a captive audience of parents of special needs kids who they can bankrupt of these things.

They often stop working if they are dropped (I know they aren't toys but they are for KIDS!), the contacts for the batteries bend stop working (are can't be pulled back into shape), the screws are too tight and strip the first time you try to put a battery in, or break off. They are hard to clean because if they get too wet they stop (they go in the mouth!)

Every order I get is worse than the last order. They used to last at least a month, but now sometimes they just last a day. I don't know what they are doing there --- and I write this review in the hopes that someone will come up with somthing better. They only get two stars because when they do work they do wonders.

We have used this product at home before and were excited to get them but when they arrived we found the elephant jiggler does not work. The alligator came with it and was fine My granddaughter is severely handicapped and loves the vibrating and will play with the alligator for long periods of time but having 2 would be more sanitary because we could clean them in between uses
