So far, I've only done this workout once, but I already love it. During the workout, I didn't feel at all like I was working my abs, but I woke up the next morning aching all... Read morePublished 7 hours ago by V. F.

I love this workout video! It delivers the results! Jillian Michaels is a tough trainer, but its worth it, if you're willing to commit to the workout plan.Published 4 days ago by Keishia Odom

|Should my past C-sections be a concern for me?||
If you have the classical (straight up and down) incision, I would ask your OB doc if this workout would be OK. Sounds like enough time may have passed for you to be fine.
