i have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about, this stuff is amazing. i was 50 pounds overweight from my second pregnancy. i started taking this because i am a stress eater. i eat whenevr i am stressed and i think about food constantly. i started taking this 2 caps 15 mins before breakfast and again at lunch. total 4 caps a day. not only did it make me eat less, i had to remind myself to eat something. i went from constantly thinking about food to forgetting about food all together. i lost 15 pounds in a month! and all i did for exercise is 150 crunches a day to help with the baby pouch. i am at the beginning of my second month taking these and love them. i highly recommend these and all the jillian michaels diet suppliments!

I have taken every one of the capsules. I honestly have not noticed any change. The capsule itself is big, but is smooth on the outside so it goes down fairly easy. I would recommend this product to someone that already has a very strict diet and counts every calorie. It is not, by me, recommended for anyone that has just started a diet and exercise program.

Shame on me for buying these. Typical of normal "diet remedies" these pills just made me feel jittery and caused me to have trouble sleeping. I recommend Jillian's detox & exercise videos, but I'll pass on these next time.

The directions to this item say "Take two capsules with a full glass of water 15 minutes before each meal." If you have ever been on any kind of diet, you know the number one rule is drink a full glass of water before every meal so you don't eat as much. I think this product just takes advantage of that. I think the product just uses psychology to work - Most people will try harder when taking a bill endorsed by Jillian Michaels.

This supplement didn't work for me. In fact, instead of helping me cut calories, it made me EXTREMELY ravenous. I was constantly hungry while taking it. It may work for some people but not for me.

The sender did great getting it to me quickly. It isn't a good idea to buy supplements online unless you already know what is in it. The product has ingredients that I cannot take. No one's fault. I should have done my homework before purchasing.
