Jillian Michael's Product doesn't offer you weight loss. It offers you a Detox and cleanse. Simple. Many people I've talked to are expecting weight loss, when they shouldn't. From taking this product, I have felt waaaaay more energized, and in NO WAY bloated. It has been very effective in regulating my digestive system.
I never feel as if I'm blocked.
I thought the product did exactly what it told me it would do. I really enjoyed it, and plan on using it again! People need to stop thinking there's a magical cure for weight loss. This merely helps your body jump start that, and get it ready to lose weight.

Read before you buy - YES this is a cleanse and burn! I look upon it as more of a way for your body to "ready" itself to begin the road to weight loss. There is no product on the market that will make you lose weight in a short amount of time without diet and exercise. So if you think you will buy this product, eat as you normally would, and lose tons of weight, well - that just doesn't happen. Period. Get over it. Accept the fact that you have to work to lose weight. You have to change bad eating habits and get up and start moving. Yes, getting rid of the extra slug will show on the scale, but its only the beginning.
Which is where this product really shines. The energized feeling you get from cleansing your system makes it that much easier to get up and make the changes necessary. That's always been my sticky spot...beginning what I know I need to do. Driving past instead of going thru the drive thru. Moving my body instead of sinking further into the couch. Breaking free from bad habits is always a challenge. This products gives you the ammunition to actually do it.

I have tried many Cleanses. This is not a harsh one. It was gentle but effective. I will definetly purchase this again. I am also thinking about purchasing other products by Jillian. I was very happy with the results.

Good potential, but bad side effects.
I'd previously done a liquid cleanse before and loved it. I went into this detox with the same mindset. The capsules are much easier to swallow than a liquid detox. Read more

no bowel movement
I didn't have single decent bowel movement. The hydroxycut detox worked much better. I love her excercise videos, this was a major disappointment.

Did nothing for me.

Will Use It Again
