I live on the east coast, and that means I don't get to see this great guitarist play in a live setting like the fans out west, so the next best thing is this CD. I feel Jim's music is advanced, spirited, and soulful, mixing America's music, jazz and country into a enjoyable blend. The notes and the feelings he gives us through the strings of his tele are intellectual and deeply alive. This is what I tell to my friends, and this is what I tell you...
