GREAT WORK - HIGHLY RECOMMEND,

While it may appear that some of the information in this book may be a bit dated, don't let that put you off. This is still one of the best running books in print. It gives down to earth advice and is certainly inspirational. I first read this one when it was published and still give it a read ever few years. Highly recommend this one.

After all these years this book is still relevant; Jim Fixx was no dumby and this book gets 5 stars in my opinion based on what it will provide in comparison to what you will pay to get a used copy. Worth your time to read if you enjoy running and enjoy running books as I do.

I didn't know this book even existed, I have the first book and this is a great addition to my running library.
Super fast delivery, well packed and in excellent condition. Author, Amby Burfoot, printed an update version of these two books called: The Complete Book of Running. Which of course I also bought.
