The soundtrack for the new upcoming film, JIMMY NEUTRON: BOY GENIUS, is actually really cool! Most of the music is great on this CD, especially the new songs from Aaron Carter. I was hoping that the Backstreet Boys and even N Sync would have new songs on this soundtrack, but the BSB song, "The Answer To Our Life" (which they wrote themselves and is a really awesome song!) can be found on their BLACK & BLUE album and N Sync's "Pop" (which I don't like very much because I am not a fan of N Sync) can be found on their CELEBRITY album. Okay, maybe not the remix which is on this soundtrack, but the original version, at least. I also like the new Britney Spears song, the Lil' Romeo song, and the No Secrets song. This is not some cheesy kiddy soundtrack. Okay, so it kinda is. But I happen to like this kind of music and I'm 18 years old! And the movie looks, well, um...interesting. I might go see it. After all, I did get a bunch of free movie passes for my 18th birthday a few days ago! If you are into Pop music and don't mind teenybopper Pop (which I happen to like although I can gaurantee you I am no teenybopper!), then this soundtrack is a must have. Also go see the movie - it looks pretty cute!

Okay, the reason why I bought this soundtrack was because Aaron Carter was on it. When I listened to this soundtrack, I soon realized Aaron Carter wasn't the only one with good music on here. (By the way Amazon, your tracks are out of order--they need to go like this:)

'Leave It Up to Me' (Aaron Carter)-this song is more rappish than any other of his previous songs! I like it!

'Pop (Deep Dish Cha-Ching Remix)' (NSYNC)-why did NSYNC have to be on this soundtrack? Is there any CD that NSYNC is NOT on? Gosh people! Why do you like NSYNC so much? It's disgusting! This song is just a remix of something already annoying which makes it twice as annoying! UGH! Besides, look at part of the title 'Cha-Ching' as in money! Gosh! NSYNC is so cocky!

'Parents Just Don't Understand (Teddy Riley Remix)' (3LW, Lil' Romeo, Nick Cannon)-Lil' Romeo sounds good in this song but I hate the way he talks about his mother! Bad bad bad!

'Intimidated' (Britney Spears)-wow! Britney Spears is sounding good! What is the world coming to? Britney, all I got to say is good job!

'He Blinded Me With Science' (Melissa Lefton)-sounds kind of like 'Get the Party Started' by Pink! This song is cool!

'A.C.'s Alien Nation' (Aaron Carter)-you hear a sample of this on 'Oh Aaron'. This song is cool!

'Kids In America' (No Secrets)-somewhat good, somewhat bad. Somewhat good for No Secrets is a compliment coming from me--I hated the way they sounded on 'Oh Aaron'!

'The Answer to Our Life' (BSB)-my favorite group in the whole world (BSB) and my favorite male singer in the whole world (Aaron Carter) on the same CD? COOL! Couldn't get better! Anyway, you can hear this song on 'Black and Blue'. It's a really cool song! This song makes you have a different aspect at the way you look at life.

'The Chicken Dance' (Stupid)-nice, but somewhat annoying, beat

'I Can Count on You' (True Vibe)'-now there's what the True Vibe I know sounds like! You see, I saw True Vibe in concert and they sounded awesome but when I picked up their album, they stunk! It was dissapointing they sounded awesome live but bad on CD! This song is the only song that sounds like True Vibe live! Long live 'I Can Count on You'!

'We Got the Beat' (Go Go's)-we all have heard this song! I mean, the Go Go's are old! Even though they're old, this song is still cool to dance and sing-along to!

'Go Jimmy Jimmy' (Aaron Carter)-this is my favorite Aaron Carter song on this CD! It's SO DANCABLE!

'Parents Just Don't Understand (Bonus Mix)' 3LW, Nick Cannon, Lil Romeo-see track #3

'Blitzkrieg Bop' (The Ramones)-what is up with this song?! It's horrible!

'Jimmy Neutron Theme' (Bowling For Soup)-this is wicked cool! It's cool in a REALLY weird way!

'Bonus Track'-too weird/scary for words!

Anyway, if you like weird music, you'll like tracks #14, #15, #16. If you like oldies, you'll like track #11. If you like rap, you'll like tracks #3 and #13. If you like pop music, you'll mostly like the whole album!

This CD is okay, but the tracks on the Wild Thornberrys soundtrack are much better than this. There are more better CDs, but this CD is still one to buy.

What that means: Go ahead, you can buy it.

I thought this CD was great! Every single song was upbeat and I know kids would really like it. I don't understand why some people would say bad things about *Nsync and then say good things about BSB. Both groups are both excellent bands. I feel that only hypocrytes could write that one band is awesome and one band is terrible. Not one group is "cocky" or annoying.

Don't buy this CD if you don't like POP. This CD is all about the pop. Some of it has childish tunes, but it appeals to most ears that are willing to listen. It fits the movie. It's fun, wacky, and playful.

(It includes a little bit of rap and hip-hop too.)

I only saw part of the movie, but I like the soundtrack! The songs are all kids-young teens type music. I don't want to rate all the songs, but I will say that I like 11 out of the 15 songs on the CD, which is pretty good! The singers and bands featured on the CD are: Aaron Carter, Nsync, LiL Romeo, Nick Cannon, 3LW, Britney Spears, Melissa Lefton, No Secrets, Backstreet Boys, Stupid, True Vibe, Go Go's, The Ramones, and Bowling For Soup. This is a good CD, and I recommend it.

I've always loved pop, and I've just started to love Jimmy Neutron, but even if I hated both of them, I'd still listen to the Jimmy Neutron soundtrack. All of the upbeat songs get you tapping your feet in rhythm, and they even got me, a very shy non-atheletic girl, to dance. I especially liked "He Blinded Me With Science" by Melissa Lefton.
I advise you to at least try this soundtrack out. The only way you couldn't like it is if you were a lackadaisical curmudgeon.

I'm 16 and i loved Jimmy neutron but I am not a fan of pop at all but there were some songs that made up for all the other stuff including: We got the beat, The jimmy neutron theme (gotta love it) and Blitzkreig Bop. Even though they are only 3 songs that i like its ok. but what did I expect of course they will have Aaron carter and the backstreet boys but oh well. My fav though is deffinitly the Jimmy Neutron theme.

My son just turned 6 and for his birthday I bought this CD and a CD player and I am always finding him listening to it. My daughter ( 2yrs ) and niece ( 18 Months ) love to dance to the songs.

This is a great cd, it is fun and enjoyable to listen to. the best songs on this cd are all of them. If you have not listened to this cd then i recommend you do

I loved this CD. Especially when I found out that both Aaron Carter and the Backstreet Boys were gonna be on it. I will now review each song.

1. Leave it Up To Me- Aaron Carter: This is a good song by Aaron Carter, I love it. I've also seen the music video for this song and it is also really well done. 5/5

2. Pop- NSYNC: OK I used to like NSYNC, but that was a long time ago. Now I don't like them anymore. Give me the Backstreet Boys any day and I'll be fine. Otherwise, this used to be a good song. 3/5

3. Parents Just Don't Understand- Lil Romeo/3LW: I don't know what to say about this song exactly. I don't like it, but I don't neccessarily hate it either... hmmmm. I'll give this one a 4/5.

4. Intimidated- Britney Spears: This is another singer whom I used to like but now I really don't. I prefer her "Oops I did it again" album over this song. 2/5

5. He Blinded Me With Science: This one DOES sound like Pink's "Get the Party Started" I never thought of that before. But I still don't really care for this song. 2/5

6. AC's Alien Nation- Aaron Carter: Another good song by Aaron Carter! I almost like this one better than Leave It Up To Me. But this is my second favorite. 5/5

7. Kids in America- No Secrets: This isn't a bad song, but it's not the best either. No Secrets is ok though. The first time I heard them sing was when they sang on the song Oh Aaron. 4/5

8. The Answer To Our Life- Backstreet Boys: This one is on their Black and Blue album, so it's practically a classic. But Backstreet Boys and Aaron Carter all on the same soundtrack? Hmmm, YES, PLEASE! 5/5

9. The Chicken Dance- Stupid: OK who in their right mind would go and name their band "Stupid". This is a good dance song, but I don't really care for the name of the band though. 5/5

10. I Can Count On You: This is an "iffy" song. I don't like it, but I don't hate it either. 4/5

11. We've Got the Beat- Go Go's?: Is that who sings this song? I'm not sure. But who cares because I love it. 5/5

12. Go Jimmy Jimmy- Aaron Carter: Is it just me, or was Aaron on the ball with this soundtrack? that's THREE songs this kid has on here. But that's alright, because I love Aaron Carter anyway. 5/5

13. Parents Just don't understand: See number three. My opinion is still the same for this song too.

14. Biletstrik Bop: OK I know i spelled that wrong. but no matter. I don't really care for that song anyhow. 1/5

15. Jimmy Neutron Theme- Bowling For Soup: This was the song that turned me on to these guys' music. I only get like Now That's What I Call Music CD's and soundtracks that these guys are featured on though. Not their actual CD's. My favorite song in the world by these guys is 1985. I just love this and that song! 5/5
