Works good in garden soils. Does not like roots or rocks, however that was expected. I hoped this would keep me from having to dig all the holes for my wife, now I can just dig them faster which means I can do more of them...

This item works well. It worked great after I sharpened the cutting edge to go through grass and other small roots. I would recomend it to anyone after planting about 500 daffodils this past weekend.

Works great even in the hard clay in South Carolina. I bought it for making the holes to plant all of my annuals. Would recommend this product
