About the Author
Steve Tenpas has been teaching supported employment techniques to job coaches and teachers for over 15 years. Steve was trained as a special education teacher at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He also worked on a grant funded project to train job coaches, supported employment personnel, special education vocational teachers and residential support staff about job coaching and development.
