Great book! Very informative, a complete and concise overview of job satisfaction research. It was so interesting I read it straight through.

If you're looking for a quick and easy read on job satisfaction, then this is the right book for you. It's relatively short, but provides a core understanding of its topic material. Worked fine for me as one of my resources for my masters thesis. Several other texts and journals use information from this author.
